Yesterday, Funimation released their June 2017 release slate. Among the numerous releases, which include Code Geass: Akito the Exiled and a re-release of Ping Pong the Animation, is a new listing for classic anime series Outlaw Star.

Outlaw Star will hit retailers on June 13 as a Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack. Both standard and Collector’s editions are planned. The Standard Edition will carry a suggested price of $64.98, while the Collector’s Edition will cost $99.98.

Outlaw Star is based on Takehiko Itō’s manga series of the same name. Mitsuru Hongo (Sakura Wars: The Movie, Shamanic Princess) directed the show, which aired in the Winter 1998 broadcast season, at Sunrise. Takuya Saito (Macross Zero, Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON) provided character designs for the project, with Hajime Yatate (Sunrise’s collective staff pseudonym) writing the story. Kô Ôtani (Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, You’re Under Arrest!) scored the title’s soundtrack.
